Thigh House 

​

Based on a Cuban myth that it was the job of black female slaves to make roof tiles on their thighs, I am currently running tile making workshops for black and brown women and non- binary people to attend and learn to make roof tiles from their thighs. We create a social space, in the act of meeting and talking, and a physical shelter in the process. If you are a black or brown women or non- binary person and would like to be involved in helping us to make the Thigh House please email me at rosajohan@hotmail.co.uk. Workshops are free of charge and all materials provided.
